Return Policy

Returns

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Liabilities
Golden Designs Inc. (NA) and any of its subsidiaries and/or associates shall not be held responsible for any misuse of its products by the customer. Golden Designs Inc. (NA) shall not be held liable for any damage and/or injury caused by customer misuse of product.

Golden Designs Inc. (NA) and any of its subsidiaries and/or associates do not provide medical guidance or diagnosis. It is always recommended that you contact your physician for advice.

Cancellation and Return Policy
Buyer may cancel and return the goods to Seller, subject to the terms and conditions of this policy. Buyer shall assume all risk of loss associated with the return as well as shipping, handling, restocking and other fees, costs and expenses as described in this policy. Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and all returns must be processed within 30 days of delivery.

Seller reserves the right to refuse to refund any deposit or payment, or cancel any payment due, and any owing until such time as Seller a) is in receipt of the goods b) has inspected the goods and c) in the Sellers discretion, has found the goods to be free of damage. All refunds will be provided within 5 business days once the product has been returned to the warehouse and inspected for damage.

All returned goods must be pre-approved by Seller with return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. All returned goods must be in new and unused condition, and in their original packaging. Seller may refuse to refund all or any portion of any payment, or cancel payment due and owing if the Buyer fails to fully comply with or violates the terms and conditions of this policy.

Shipping, Handling and Restocking Fees
All cancelled orders and/or returned goods shall be subject to the following: a) storage fees and costs associated with routing the goods; b) handling and restocking fee of 20% of the total purchase for each sauna; c) all shipping costs to and from the Seller, and; d) a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number provided by Seller. Buyer’s failure to obtain the RMA number shall result in Seller not accepting any returned shipment and Buyer paying all costs and fees. All such costs and fees as determined by Seller shall be paid by Buyer to Seller upon demand by Seller.

Order Processing & Shipment

Golden Designs saunas typically ship from the manufacturer's warehouse within 2 business days of order confirmation, subject to inventory availability.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Delivery Location Restrictions

Please note that certain delivery locations may require additional review before shipment.

The manufacturer reserves the right to cancel orders destined for:

  • Islands

  • Remote or difficult-to-access locations

  • Areas with limited freight carrier service

  • Locations within the continental United States that present significant delivery challenges

If you are unsure whether your location may be affected, we recommend contacting Caldera Sauna prior to placing your order.

Additional shipping and handling charges may apply for certain locations.

Delivery Scheduling

After your sauna reaches the local freight terminal, the freight carrier will contact you directly to arrange a delivery appointment.

Typically, you can expect:

  • A phone call from the freight carrier 24 to 48 hours before delivery

  • A scheduled delivery date and approximate delivery window

  • Delivery windows that are generally within a 4-hour timeframe

To help avoid delays, please inform us before shipment if your property has any special delivery considerations, including:

  • Remote locations

  • Long or steep driveways

  • Limited truck access

  • Low-hanging trees or overhead obstructions

  • Gated communities

  • Apartment complexes

  • Stair access requirements

  • Any other access restrictions

Delivery Method

Golden Designs saunas are shipped via professional freight carriers using large commercial trucks.

Packaging

  • Most 1-2 person sauna models are shipped in one box

  • Larger sauna models may arrive in multiple boxes

  • Boxes are securely strapped and packaged on a freight pallet for transportation

Curbside Delivery

Deliveries are typically made using a 53-foot freight truck.

The freight driver will unload the shipment to the curbside or the end of the driveway only.

Please note:

  • Drivers are not responsible for moving the sauna into the home, garage, backyard, or other areas of the property.

  • White glove delivery and indoor placement services are not included unless specifically stated at the time of purchase.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Upon delivery, it is important to inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt.

Minor Cosmetic Packaging Damage

If you notice minor issues such as:

  • Small scratches

  • Dents in the packaging

  • Scuff marks

  • Minor indentations

Please note these observations on the delivery receipt before signing.

Significant Shipping Damage

You should refuse delivery if you observe:

  • Large punctures or holes in the packaging

  • Severe crushing of the boxes

  • Significant visible freight damage

Major damage is often caused by forklift handling during transit and should be documented immediately.

Important

You do not need to open the boxes during delivery to inspect the sauna itself. A visual inspection of the exterior packaging is sufficient for delivery acceptance.

If any shipping damage is discovered after delivery, please contact Caldera Sauna immediately and provide photographs of both the packaging and the affected product.

Warranty Registration

Note: Caldera Sauna is an authorized online retailer. Warranty registration and warranty claims are handled directly through Golden Designs Inc. according to their official warranty policy.

Golden Designs Inc. requires customers to register their sauna warranty within 60 days of purchase.

After receiving your sauna, please complete the warranty registration using the QR code provided with your product, or register online through the official Golden Designs registration page.

You will need to upload a copy of your sales receipt or packing slip. The sauna serial number can usually be found on the front panel, rear panel, or carton.

Important: Warranty registration must be completed within 60 days from the purchase date to ensure proper warranty coverage.
