How It Works

Step Two: Receive Your Promo Code
Once approved, you will receive your unique promo code and written confirmation of your commission rate, customer discount, eligible products, and payment terms.
Step Three: Share Your Code
Share your code with your audience through your website, social media, or other approved channels. Customers must enter your code at checkout for an eligible purchase to be attributed to you.
Step Four: Earn Commission
We review orders using your code and calculate commission on eligible completed purchases after the applicable return and cancellation periods. Payments follow the terms provided when you join.

What is an affiliate program?
An affiliate program allows approved partners to earn commission by referring new customers to our website. You share your unique promo code, and when someone makes an eligible purchase, you earn commission.

Where can I share my promo code?
You can share your promo code through approved channels, including your website, blog, social media, and email newsletter. Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship when promoting Caldera Sauna products.
How are sales tracked?
We track referrals manually using the unique promo code entered at checkout. We do not currently use affiliate tracking links, cookies, or an affiliate dashboard. Purchases made without your code are not automatically attributed to you.
When will I receive my commission?
Commission is earned after a confirmed purchase is made using your approved promo code. We review eligible orders and calculate commissions after the order is confirmed, fulfilled, and outside any applicable return or cancellation period.
Can I request a custom promo code?
Yes. Approved affiliates may request a custom promo code after joining the program.
Do I need to own the product to become an affiliate?
Owning the product is helpful but not always required. However, partners who have personal experience with the product often create stronger and more authentic content.
